Over 6 months soldiers of 13th Area Defense Battalion of Chernigiv have been up-front under constant fire from Russian Federation. Soldiers’ relatives have addressed to lawyers in Chernigiv to help them to press military leadership and gain rotation for the battalion. They get together and film video appeal to the President. They hope to be listened to.
