Gala Hernández López is an artist, filmmaker, producer and researcher whose interdisciplinary practice combines film, video installation and research. Her work explores the impact of digital technologies and computational capitalism on people and society. Her work has been presented at international film festivals and art institutions, including Cannes, Berlinale, IDFA and DOK Leipzig. Her film La Mécanique des fluides won the César Award for Best Documentary Short Film in 2024.
